Hi
There were some great responses to last weekend's tower challenge.
This week, I bring you a golden key. But what does the key fit? Is it actually a key or something else entirely? That's where you come in!
I've been kind and given you three different views of the same key, but not so kind as to cut it out for you.
As usual, anything goes as long as it meets the forum rules on decency, copyright etc.
Anyone is welcome to have a go - whether you are a complete beginner or a Photoshop expert.
There are no prizes - just the chance to practice, show off, or bring a bit of humour and fun.
When posting back your edited images please use jpeg and downsize to 1200px on the long side.
To download the image below without the forum scaling artefacts, right click and then use Save Image As / Save Picture As (or similar depending on your browser).
Have fun!
Dave

inspired Dave, now if Trevor were here he'd have Jason and the Argonauts battling away to capture the Golden Fleece.

Ah nice one SMOk3420! I wondered how they wound up the clock. You definitely get extra points for using last weekend's image as well as this week's.

Haha - the key was a 3D render. I should just have rendered it against a transparent background and made it easier.

Hi Dave
The key wasn't the problem it was trying to figure out what to do with it

Ah.
A few I thought of when I came up with the Skeleton Key..........Clockwork orange, DonKey, KeyFrame (round a pic), Florida Keys, MonKey.......

They couldn't find the key to the house, so they just left everything outside:

That is very good Dag! The corrosion on the key, the golden afternoon light catching the top and shadow at the bottom, as well as the angled shadow of teh key on the wall. It all fits very realistically.

I went through some images and suddenly saw where the key fit in. So I just had to cook something up, didn't I...I could have worked more on the realism of the key itself, but it's enough. I have a life to live
Oh, BTW, that's not my house (and not my car)!! I would never have those...what's it called? Fake wood cross things over the windows...
