Thank you to all who took part in our previous driving road challenge.
Those that take part regularly will know that sometimes we start with a scene and sometimes an object. This week it is an old oil can, something that all mechanics working on machines and engines would have to hand. What can you make with it?
The “rules”:
To download the image, hover over the image and click on the circle with the arrows at the top right.
Then, when the image opens in its own window, right click and choose “Save Image As/Save Target As” (or similar depending on your browser). The background is transparent so that should save you some time masking.
When posting back your image — please use the blue reply button in this first post and use the 'Insert Photos' icon at the top of the reply box. If posting a comment on someone else’s entry, then please use the grey reply button next to their image post.
Have fun!
Dave

To misquote Jaws - 'we're going to need a bigger can!' 🙂

Welcome to SFTW, Tania. That's a very clever idea which ties the can in with the challenge title. We'll done! 😀

It's great, but why did you attach the picture, and not as we all do, embed it?
(Alternative: drag and drop into the window here.)

Just a little bit of confusion with rules from different forums. Fixing it.

Apparently, the ...more button is not working for me, so I can't make any changes. Since you are a community expert, is it possible for you to delete my reply, please? Do you have moderator status? I can't act on it, and I would like to repost the contribution doing things right.

I think you can't edit your post if someone has replied to it.

That was the old forum. But I will still test that.
Edit: I tested it with my professional ID (ordinary forum user) and I was able to edit a very old entry which had multiple responses.

Hi
Welcome back, floramc, I've embedded your image for you 🙂
I like it - making the can into a fish tank is a great idea.
