Hi,
Thanks to all who took part in our last, 'Prickly Issue', challenge. We had a great range of entries with both still images and animations.
'Time and tide wait for no man', says the old proverb. So for this week, I bring you a picture of Staithes, a lovely village on the North Yorkshire coast of England. Can you show us what it might look like when the tide retreats?
The “rules”:
To download the starter image, hover over the image and click on the circle with the arrows at the top right. Then, when the image opens in its own window, right click and choose “Save Image As/Save Target As” (or similar depending on your browser).
When posting back your image — please use the blue reply button in this first post and use the 'Insert Photos' icon at the top of the reply box. If posting a comment on someone else’s entry, then please use the grey reply button next to their image post.
Have fun!
Dave

According to the leading experts, the tide will not rise again for several centuries.

That's a great job turning it into a desert like scene, JR. Well done! 🙂

There appears to have been some redevelopment taking place in the town, including knocking the cliffs down! 🙂

More redevelopment! I like that the new background still has the same basic contour as the old!

I like that Alan - lot's going on and meets the brief perfectly. 🙂

I have this radical notion that a brief is something you're supposed to follow. 🙄 Decades of client work will do that to a guy.
Besides, it gave me a chance to use my favorite Mars panorama again, a stock photo I've not had a use for, and some tiny seagulls from an old beach photo.
