Space between Text and Circle Path

How do I revert to the original spacing between the text and the circle path The text was supposedly typing exactly at the line 

[Semaphoric]

In the Character panel, or in the Properties panel for a text layer, make sure that Baseline Shift is set to zero. In the Properties panel, you may need to open the "extras" three dot menu to see it.
