Spring-loading Hand Tool Doesn't Work

I've been using the PS Beta and 2024. Today when I started working in 2024, the Hand tool wouldn't spring load when I held down the spacebar. The same thing occurred in the Beta version. Anyone else having this issue?

@Chris Panny Do you have Spring Loaded Tool Shortcuts active or unchecked in Preferences/Tools?

It got corrected when I rebooted my machine. Thanks for your suggestion!
