Sticking Zoom and Pan tools + crashes in v25

Photoshop v25. Windows 10 latest update. When Panning or Zooming, whether with a pen or a mouse, the tools would stick and stays activated even after releasing all the buttons. That happens after every 2-3 times of using the tool. At times it's rather challenging to get it unstuck.

Another issue is the Photoshop randomly, quitly crashes when editing metadata time to time. I cannot pinpoint the trigger for the issue. It might crash or not. Also has crashed a couple of times already in the process of saving large files.

Everything works fine only in Photoshop 24.1.1 anything after that version has these bugs for me. Any update had to be reversed to 24.1.1.

Your support is appreciated.

Just updated 25 and 25 beta. Both now crashing regularly with space bar / zoom issues on Windows 11.

Any ideas when this is going to be fixed? IT#s over a month now that I have to deal with this bug and it's impacting my work every day. Please, Adobe - do something about it. Once again you've proven, that updating PS these days is not the best decision. Useless features and new bugs is all one gets.

I have some feedback for the bug fix team.
Over the weekend, I updated windows 10, updated Nvidia Graphics card and updated to Photoshop v25.

Everything was fine before.  Today I ran into the problem in this thread.
After working through ideas, I found that if I came to a complete stop when panning, the bug would not appear.  I tested with mouse and graphics tablet.  If you try to flick your way around the image it sticks and is unusable.

BTW, enable flicking doesn't chage any behavior.

Please fix, this is hard to manage.

Would be great if the developers could focus on fixing all the stability issues introduced since 24.1.1. It's a bit sad not being able to update the software for several months already due to various bugs, though some updates in the new versions are very handy.
