Stop to Continue Function Javascript

I regularly use a script to create out custom graphics for 60 people. It can be anything from changing skin tones, replacing names, etc. It pulls it all from a .CSV file. There are sometimes where I need to do a custom design in the graphic that can not be scripted. 

My question is, can I script in a pause where I do the custom design in Photoshop and then hit continue and it will continue in the script? I know you can do this function in Photoshop actions.
