Strange Pixel Grid Appearing on Image

Hello, I have been using Photoshop for a while, and this has never happened to me before. When I opened my image, it suddenly appeared with all those strange things around the stars and edges. From afar it looks like a bad super-sharpening, but getting close I saw it looked like a pixelated grid or sort of. I tried disabling "Pixel Grid", and the normal grid went away, but this one did not.

This is weird because it is happening only on Photoshop, when I open the image on Window's "Photos" for example, it looks just fine.

Any ideas on why that might be happening?

Yes, it still seems to be there at any magnification level...
