    We need more info. What is done in Photoshop before saving, exporting? Can you post screenshot with Layers panel visible. What is version of Photoshop, which OS you are using?

    I'm using most up-to-date 2018 Photoshop CC, Windows. I am trying to layer each photo, "lighten" mode on each layer, and then merge the layers together to complete my final image for export. See screenshot.

    Looks fine...when unmerged...

    Hi

    You mention CC 2018 but from your screenshot it looks like CC 2019, try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps
