Style Transfer Neural Filters not saving

Would like some advice or ideas... Photoshop appears to "forget" that I downloaded all of the styles. Each time I am working on a file, I must download the particular style I need. When I leave the Style Transfer section of Photoshop, the style I downloaded is gone. If I want to apply it to another or even the same file, I must download it again. I am on a Mac M1, with Monterey 12.5.1 and Photoshop 23.5.0

I have tried deleting the Photoshop Plugin Data and the neural filter loads and stays as it should. I also download all of the individual styles, and at that moment can use them as they are designed. However, when I exit the neural filter Style Transfer, Photoshop "forgets" the styles that I downloaded and I must re-download any that I want to use.

Last point - when I open PluginData, the styles appear to be there - for example, I can see ast-hokusai-1024 and ast-vangogh-2048 which leads me to believe that the styles exist on my Mac.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm using Photoshop 2023 and the bug is still there.  Adobe please fix this.  I've already downloaded all the Artist and Image styles for the Style Transfer neural filter (which was very time consuming) but whenever I try to use a style (apart from the few that come pre-downloaded with Photoshop) it insists on re-downloading the style.

  I have noticed that if I cancel the download, the selected style is used that was previously downloaded but then that style gets marked with the cloud download icon.

  The issue is that photoshop indicates that a style is downloaded (by showing the full color icon without the download icon) but if you select that style it will re-download the style.

Me too. As far as I can tell, the files are still there in

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/24/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery/PluginData

but Photoshop acts as if they're gone.
