Superscripts getting resized

I am trying to copy something from Indesign into Photoshop and my superscripts are coming in smaller. I don't think it is to do with style sheets. More something like advanced type preferences, but I can't find that in Photoshop. I could open the vector file and make them bigger but thats annoying.

Any ideas?

    Which version of Photoshop are you using?

    Have you checked the superscript position value in Indesign preferences?
