Taskbar not appeaing in fullscreen Mode

Can anyone please help me with this? When I go full screen in the new Photoshop or old Photoshop version, the task bar at the bottom used to appear. For some reason, recently, the task bar at the bottom does not appear after going full screen mode.

Photoshop's own full screen mode hides all UI-elements – including the contextual taskbar. You can display them by all by pressing the tab-key. Photoshop's full screen mode with menu bar should show all UI elements expect for the application and window frames.

Different from this is the OS-full-screen mode (on macOS at least), which you can turn on in the "preferences > workspace > Enable native full screen". Here the app goes full screen, but keeps all UI-elements except the app menu bar (which can be set in the OS setting to keep being visible in full screen mode).
