Text layer replacing automation

Good day

Does anyone know how could I make automated text replacing?

For example, I have 100 text lines:

1. John Smith

2. Tim Cook

...

100. John Stone

I need to make 100 jpeg files, with different text at the text layer. For each of 100 people.

Is it possible to simplify this process?

May be there is some special plugin or action..
