Grab the text with the Direct Selection tool (white arrow) and try moving it. Also try reducing font size, and if it is set to Centralised, try changing to Aligned left, and move it again with the Direct Selection tool.  It can be super sensitive, and you often need to sneak up it to make it play nice.

It sounds like your path just isn't long enough. You can use the Direct Selection tool to grab the last anchor point in the path and drag it further, or you could go to the Character panel and reduce the point size of the text. Either one should reveal the missing text.

hey alan, thanks for the reply, i wanted to say that the spiral path is long, the issue is that pasted text only shows the first few words, but when i manually write the text it works fine, am not sure what's the issue, been struggling with this for over a month.

That suggests that the tracking is different in the pasted text than when you type directly, or there's some automatic kerning happening. Photoshop isn't the brightest bulb in the chandelier when it comes to text handling, but there's clearly something different in the text. You can always put the cursor at the start of the text and use Shift+Ctrl/Cmd+End to select everything, then apply some negative tracking until the missing characters magically appear. (They are there. They're just overflowed, which the red plus sign at the end of the path indicates.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
