Text Problem - photoshop

Hello,

if I write two (or more) of the SAME letters in a row or type two spaces quickly, then photoshop is to slow and PS only makes one character out of it, because it can't keep up. I have i9 computer and all requirements are met. PC is from 2022. With Adobe Illustrator the problem is not like that. Only Photoshop.

I need your help please.

Save your file and restart Photoshop.

Sorry but I can't replicate that even with large (1296pt) text on a large 31,000px x 10,000 px canvas.

Can you supply your system info (go to Help>System Info and click copy. Then paste the info here)
