Text Scroll Issues

When I'm searching for text in Photoshop, the window tab is jumpy and glitchy.  It's been happening since I last updated PSD a few days ago. I use a macbook pro 2016 (Big Sur).  I haven't updated to the next version, because I'm a music producer and many of my VST Plugins won't work because of the native support
