After updating Photoshop, I'm getting this error:
"The com.adobe.preview.loader extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed."
How can I reinstall preview loader extension to fix it?
Thanks.

1. Did you get any errors in the Creative Cloud Application when you first tried installing the Photoshop CC 2015 updates?
2. Did you have any pre-release (beta) versions of Photoshop CC 2015 installed?

Photoshop CC 2015.5
Nothing of the stated above helps (as of October 31, 2016).
Uninstalled, cleared folders, renamed, deleted, reinstalled, what not.
The error still pops up.

@Mohit Goyal
Thank you Mohit. I should've corrected myself earlier because I do have 2015.5.1 installed at the moment.
So updating PS is in no way a solution to this.
I spent the rest of the day yesterday trying to persuade Photoshop to take this error away.
Did a couple of full reinstalls of all the Adobe programs that I have. Nothing helped.
Until I not only did another full reinstall but also cleaned the whole workstation using first Creative Cloud Clean-up Tool, then Revo Uninstaller and then CCleaner.
And manually deleted all the Adobe leftovers from the disc (common files and such)...
Well, this is fun. Not
But it finally let me continue my work peacefully. I stopped getting this disrupting message.

Got the same error. I'm on Mac OS 10.11.16, Photoshop 2017
I tried multiple solutions
- Clearing the presets as suggested above.
- Preferences > Plug-Ins > Enable Generator (checked)
- Load Extension Panels (checked)
- Preferences > Plug-Ins > Alllow Extensions to Connect to the Internet (Checked)
- Even tested using one of Davide Barranca's pre-built panels from https://github.com/undavide/PS-Panels-Boilerplate
So far no luck
Always getting the same results: "extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed"

I saw the video and I think this could be the solution to your problem.
