The new photoshop for iPad update is missing features, how can I restore them?

The photoshop fix app used to be very useful for editing backgrounds and details of pictures with the healing tool. However, the new version is very limiting and I am unable to accomplish the same things. Is there a way I can revert my app to the previous version so I can use those features again?
