The shape dynamics doesn't work properly. Brush tip isn't sharp

I used Photoshop 2015 and everything was great, but on the 2021, the tip of the brush looks terrible, it's not sharp at all. I take regular round brush, turn on shape dynamics by pen pressure and then I'm crying. I reinstalled the drivers, checked on two computers and it didn't work. 
I use Wacom CTL-671 on Windows 10. Please help me!!!
