Hello, firstly, if this problem has already been addressed and answered please direct me to the right thread; I have searched the threads but perhaps i missed it.
When creating brushstrokes, the cursor will sporadically jump to some random spot, leaving a straight line inbetween the location of the jumps, then continue to draw a line in the direction of my actual stroke.
This happens with the lasso tool as well, (which leads me to believe it will happen with any tool in which I drag the stylus across the screen.)
The lines in the photos happen to be vertical, but sometimes they are horizontal, or diagonal. In any case they are always in the same direction within any specific session.
The link below is a video capture of it in real time.

it is not so much of a problem when lassoing, because i can easily undo it. However, if I am drawing many quick strokes with a brush on low opacity while zoomed in, the glitch may go unnoticed until later when I zoom out, at which point it's too late to undo because I have made too many steps.
I have reninstalled the Huion numerous times, as well as reinstalled photoshop.
I have also tried turning off Windows Ink, via the Huion tablet setup interface.
I am using Windows 10, and Photoshop cs6
Does anyone know of a solution?

I use a Huion 610PRO V2. With my former computer I had the same experience. Typically it happened while zoomed in and well into an editing session. I could stop the random lines with a full purge. Sometimes I also needed to shut down Photoshop then relaunch. Make sure you have saved your file before doing anything.
Last July I built a new computer with the following configuration:
Lian Li PC-011DX 011 Mid Tower Case
Corsair TXM TX750M 750 Watt Power Supply
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X CPU
Gigabyte X570 PCIe 4.0 SATA 6GB/s USB 3.1 AMD X570 ATX Motherboard
64 gig memory:
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
Corsair LPX 32 GB 3200 MHz C16 DDR4 Dram
MSI Radeon RX 590 8GB GDRR5 Memory Graphics Card
Samsung 970 EVO 500 GB PCIe M.2 2280 SSD
WD 1TB 7200 rpm Sata 6 gb/s, 64 mb cache Hard Drive
Since July I have created about 100 new images (12000pxl X 12000pxl 300 PPI). Some images slightly smaller. Many layers. The problem with the random lines has disappeared. Many 100's of hours of editing. No crashes, no random lines, few if any issues.
You did not mention your computer specs. I suspect your problem, like mine, was a computer lacking enough horsepower.

I don't know if that's the reason, because it does not glitch out when using other software, it's also completely fine while using Blender.

16gb ram
samsung ssd 970 evo 500gb
nvidia geforce gtx 1070
400 or 500 watt power supply cant remember

I agree. Your computer is fine.
I assume that you loaded the latest drivers from Huion's website. Also Huion does have a firmware update.
In my Huion setup I checked Windows INK. The Mouse Mode and Game Mode are not checked.
Huion has a phone support number and an email support address. That is my only suggestion.

I use a Huion Inspiroy (H430P) on Windows 10 and had the same issue. From my experience it has something to do with dual monitors. Please try the following (with Huion driver installed):
The last one did the trick for me.
The source of the problem could be, that the tablet driver can't handle two monitors in PS correctly. You have to activate only one screen explicitly in the drivers and use it as your workspace.
