With such a large area and repeating patterns that are easy to spot if not aligned, an automatic removal is always going to struggle. You will need to revert to the age old methods of cloning manually to fill the area. Time consuming but do-able.

Use content-aware fill from the Edit menu and choose the areas that CAF uses to fill the area you are attempting to fill. Also, a close outline is best because it provides less area for fill to have to fix.
