Threshold in Photoshop Web

I need to use a threshold filter in the Photoshop (Web). I cannot find this filter under the Hamburger Menu > Filter.

Photoshop Web is not the full version. If you need tools that are not available, use the regular desktop version.

Well, let's see. You need a feature that's only in Photoshop which requires a Windows PC or Mac. You have neither. What do you recommend as an answer?
