Tilt-shift of the Blur gallery doesn't show me the adjustable lines

Hi, I'm stuck in PS, I don't see any adjustable lines of the TILT-SHIFT(blur). How can I get those adjustable lines back?

Here is a clear example below(See there are no lines to adjust).

Thanks

Bonus Round!

If you want to temporarily hide them again, press and hold down H on your keyboard.

If you want to temporarily see the effect as a mask, hold down M. (If you want to lock it: Shift + M; press M once more to go back to normal. Don't ask me why Shift + M just doesn't toggle like Ctrl/Cmd + H does...)

Thank you so much Mohammad. I don't know how many times I've come back to this post to find this shortcut.
