timeline panel/creating video/pictures too big

hello,

im practicing making video on timeline panel. I added media, still pictures, but they are so big only a portion of the face shows up. how do I make them the right size?

When you place the image(s) they are in the transform mode before committing. Otherwise you can use ctrl-t on windows or cmd-t on a mac to reenter the transform mode to scale the image(s).
To make you job easier it would be best to preset all images in a folder to use. Just make sure pixel dimensions match either by scaling or by cropping or both.
