I would like to arrange a passport size photo.

I have photoshop in my laptop. My wife's photo is on desktop. That photo is jpg

Could you please let me know how to create a passport size photo with white border,

blue background. After creating this I need 8 copies to print.

Need step by step way of doing. Would be better if I get with short cut menu.

I don't know if the regulations for passports are by country or international.

There are 22 official languages in India (plus many more), and I don't speak any of them, so I can't look it up for you, but you might want to check to make sure your photo meets the requirements.

Hi akmu,

Check for the requirements for the photo. This site is from the State Department in the U.S.

If you are printing it yourself, use Letter (or A4) paper and duplicate the image seven times to get eight.

If you are taking it to be printed, save it as a high quality jpeg and put it on a thumb drive.

If you don't follow all of the rules, they will reject your photo and send you to a service center that takes passport photos. Mine was rejected because I was wearing glasses.
