Hi,

I've been creating 3D numbers and have done a number of them (going between Essentials and 3D workspaces), however this morning when I went back to the Essentials workspace the top bar is no longer 'normal' - it now says "3D mode:" and to the right are 5 greyed out icons. I've tried resetting the Workspace, restored Tool presets, rebooted Photoshop .... but nothing's working.

Please help!! 🙂

Hello,

Thank you. I've just done that and reopened Photoshop but it's exactly the same... sadly. 😞

Close Photoshop and try deleting the Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 Prefs.psp file from this location

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 Settings

You may need to enable "Hidden Items" to view the appdata folder

Hello Chaps.... thanks for your help... very much appreciated. Turns out I was also asleep on the job! You were right ... it was normal ... I was having a 'blonde' moment .... always so much to learn in Photoshop ... but thanks again. 🙂
