Topaz and ON1 plugins grayed out in photoshop

Both Topaz and ON1 plugins are all of a sudden gray in the filter menu. What happened?

Is your document an unsupported color mode or bit depth? Do they work with 8-Bit/RGB documents?

Came here to say what @J453 said. If you're working in CMYK, Topaz (and Lucisart etc) won't work. It's rgb only.
