I would like someone to volunteer and do an English tutorial of a step by step action of what the designer is doing, esp screenshots  would really help

I only speak English but the steps he is taking in Photoshop are :

0:54 He creates a new document 6000 x 3000 pixels 8 bit - I note he uses the Adobe RGB workspace which is not ideal for an image intended for the web (sRGB is preferable).

1:08 He drags guides from the rulers
1:10 - 2:00 He places layers, as smart objects)  containing is background and content

2:07 He uses Merge Visible to bring all content onto one ratersised layer

2:20 He uses Filter - Distortion Polar Co-ordinates (rectangular to p

But, I cannot see if the data is appended with anything else as he does not show anything else on screen

4:00 He saves the document as a jpeg

The rest shows how he takes that jpeg image onto Facebook , which I rarely use, as a 360 panorama.
