hello I try to use the tutorial for lights, but when the tutotial goes to photoshop it doesn't work or even he didn't appear in the list

Can you please advise to me how to reach this tutorial

The tutorial about creating a halo with the brush tool was written for the Brazilian Portuguese version of Photoshop. To reach the tutorial, you need to install the Brazilian Portuguese version of Photoshop and navigate to the in-app playlist "Refine seu design".
