Does anyone know of a very good tutorial that shows (with an example) how  to use the "Refine Edge" tool? There are quite a few I found but they're all for older versions of PS. They are all either too fast, (no voiceover), old version of PS (and it's very different in CC 2017).

Or I'm just too dumb to follow them and need a private lesson....
