Tween animation button not working

Hi Everyone

im following everything that is in this video and at first it worked but then i wanted changes and the Tween Animation button stopped working... I press but the next window where you have to put the frames does not come up ;(

The video you posted is a tutorial for Photoshop.

yes i am following this tutorial to make frame animation

as i explained before what happens when i press the button for Tween animation - the next window that should appear does not actually appear

here are screenshots, i have 5 frames, highlight all of them, then press the little dots at the bottom and then another window appears (attached) i cant event get to the point when the window with frames appears.
