Unable to have multiple tabs without them merging and lagging on top of one another.

This picture shows what happens whenever I open a new tab. I don't even know how to explain this bug because it looks so confusing. Whenever I add another tab, the images from the two seperate tabs merge together into one, and to make it even weirded whenever I drag the screen there's a lag which makes the images not actually move away, so they just keep piling on top of one another. I will insert URL to a video showing how this happens to make the explanation make more sense.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble while opening multiple tabs in Photoshop.
Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're on?

Could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

Regards,
Sahil
