Unable to open video file

Hey guys🙌🏻 Have some unawere issue with unable to open a video file in Photoshop. Perhaps, you could help with the steps desirable to do or some idea to try for?

premiere would be the app to use to open a video file.

OK, may be a funky codec - can you try exporting to H.264 MP4 then open in Photoshop?
