Unable to save photos to Cloud (option grayed out)

I am unable to save photos to the Cloud.  When I select File--> Save As, the option to save to Cloud is Grayed Out.  I confirmed Photoshop is up to date.  I confirmed syncing is turned on.  I logged in and out of my creative cloud account, restarted my computer, but still am unable to save any of my work to the cloud.  I also made sure I am not in crop mode or any mode that should prevent it from saving.  This happens on and off, but usually the ability to save will randomly reappear, however this time it is not.  Are there any better programs out there where I can actually save my program to the cloud? Thinking PhotoShop isn't the best option for my photo editing.

Hey, @CherylsBirdBoutique. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need specific info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

Save to Cloud functionality is supported with the Creative Cloud services. Try this:
1 - In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) or CMD + OPT + T (macOS) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

2 - Relaunch Creative Cloud once & launch Photoshop only through the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Try reversing the changes, if you've disabled Creative Cloud and it's services from the start-up apps on Windows.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
