Unable to select tools or options menu with touch input Photoshop 2020

I'm unable to select the tools or option menu items with touch input.

I'm able to use touch input with all other parts of the photoshop interface, includng gestures such as pinch to zoom, undo, and pan.

I'm using the latest version of photoshop CC 2020: Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.1.0 20200212.r.106 2020/02/12: 4dd027efb58 x64 and I didn't have the problem before this update.

I'm using a Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 I7.

Hi Jon,

That does not sound good, have you tried reinstalling the tablet drivers and see if it helps?
Also, please let us know the operating system you're working on?

I'm running the most up to date windows 10.

More details: in the sub menu options, such as selecting a brush in the brush presets section, I am also unable to select using touch.

I have connected my contiq to my desktop with the same operating system, up to date drivers, and most current PS CC 2020 and I have the same issues.

Also, I still have 2018 installed on my desktop and was able to have full touch functionality so it seems based on that it's the most recent photoshop update that did it.

I have not tried reinstalling drivers, but I have reset my setting to default which did not fix the problem.

Update:

I downloaded the latest version of photoshop on my surface pro 4, touch input also has the same issue where I cannot select any components of photoshop beyond selecting colors in libraries, and the file, edit, windows, etc. options on the top ribbon of photoshop.

So it appears to either be an issue inside of photoshop, or a windows update.
