Recently stumbled upon a massive issue that I can't resolve, probably an easy fix but I've seen no one else have the same issues. Running the 25.2.0 Release of Photoshop Beta and I can no longer use my mouse to transform anything. It worked a few days ago but now it no longer does, I reckon I hit a button somewhere potentially that locked it but I have no idea. I can still move via keyboard, though, and rotate and skew and do everything else via the keyboard, but the mouse no longer works. I've tried connecting and reconnecting the mouse, restarting photoshop, and opening a new project yet nothing has remedied this problem yet.
Attached is a video of exactly what I'm talking about.
Thanks

Reinstalling Photoshop as this user did seemed to fix the issue. Interestingly enough, the beta was not recognized by the Adobe Creative Cloud when trying to uninstall the program.

I have the same issue. I reinstalled photoshop beta and it is still happening. Double clicking inside the image that is being transformed makes it work again but you have to do it everytime you want to transform it again. Not ideal.
