Uninstall Photoshop failed, error code 130

My Photoshop is broken with error 16, i'm trying to install it, but it failed with an error code 130. Please help me

If uninstall fails download and run Adobe Cleaner run it before trying to install again.

Thanks, i ran the cleaner tool but it doesn't recognize Photoshop CC so i deleted it manually. I reboot my pc, ran CCleaner and run installer but now it failes to install with an error code 1603
