Updating JSX to later standard?

I recently found the following additions in JS which would be a boon to Adobe JSX coders:  JavaScript | MDN   See specifically ArrayBuffers.  This would be tremendous in image handling for WEB plus internal to PS etc for manipulating images in scripts.

How do we get JSX up to a more recent standard?

Adobe has abandoned tracking ECMA standards. The really bright people behind ESTK and JSX at Adobe have moved on from what I understand.
