So, I used to use photoshop on windows 8.1 with Graphics Processor enabled, working very well. Then I updated to Windows 10 and it is now greyed out. Tried a lot of stuff to fix it. And the driver is updated, I checked on Intel's website.

Your graphics card, Intel HD 3000 is no longer on the PS supported list: Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) card FAQ
You might check at Intel to see if there is a newer GPU driver, but that likely won't make a difference.

But it still worked on Windows 8.1 as I said.

That does't matter, PS has totally different hardware requirements than Windows any version.

In that case, have you tried checking for a new Intel driver that will work with Win 10?
