We need more details. What exactly you want to do? You can "straighten" image while cropping or use Straighten tool. I am affraid you will loose some details.
Another way is using free transform from Edit > Free Transform or Ctrl + T. When using free transform you can manage to keep all details by filling blank space using clone and heal tools in Photoshop.

Hi,
Herewith the result of rotating with the crop tool. The serrated edges of the straight lines correspond to the grid.

Where exactly do you see the serrated lines? If you see them when you zoom in maybe you see the actual pixels.

Hey! Just to be sure: is it possible that the transformation is not committed yet? So, after cropping, hit Enter or Return to commit the transformation. Usually the serrated edges are gone then. Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
Did you see my examples? What is your conclusion?

Hey Ernst,
For me it still feels like the images is not committed yet. I think you're a more advanced Photoshop user, but this is just to be sure, okey?
I also get serrated lines when I crop:
But, when I click the "Commit" button (or hit Enter) in the option bar...
... the serrated lines disappear again.
This is the regular Crop Tool behaviour, but maybe something else is wrong. If this doesn't help, can you maybe make a screenshot of your entire screen while cropping, and after cropping?
