I have a Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 but if I try to use ACR in PS the screen does not provide the normal save as copy button. In fact, I cannot escape from the ACR screen and have to use Task Manager to close PS 2022. Any thoughts please?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help you figure it out.

Could you please share the screenshot of your screen when Camera Raw is open? Does it appear to be too large for the screen to fit into? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Try these steps to test if it is a scaling issue.

  • Close Photoshop and Camera Raw
  • Go to your Desktop > Right-Click or Search > Display Setting > Reduce the Scale and Layout percentage.
    (If 150% (recommended) to 125%.)

  • Launch Camera Raw & Photoshop again and check if the interface is visible.

If this works, please check similar community discussions for more suggestions: Camera Raw interface too large

We hope this helps.

Thanks!

Thanks for your interest. Screenshot https://prnt.sc/y0YXkimB220m

I have changed the screen setting to 125% and that returns the necessary
buttons thanks. It may mean having to reset the scale between using AcR and
other functions on the laptop as everything is that little bit smaller. I
have tried a custom of 140 but it still seems small for other programmes.
I'll keep trying different figures.

Many thanks.

Kevin
