vanishing point, after effects menu is not available.

There is no "export to after effects" option in Vanishing point menu.
How to export those grids to after effect? Is there any other way?

that reply is not gonna help at all. the menu of Exporting to after effect does not exist. it won't show up by clicking any pat of image or the generated grids.

Looks like that's part of the removal of 3D from photoshop, which includes Import/Export of all 3D formats.

In the meantime you could install or keep around Photoshop 2023 for that purpose.

So many things have been affected by the phasing out of 3D in Photoshop.  People like Colin Smith are coming out with workarounds, but it's just not the same, and a bit of a pain truth be told. 😞
