Vcruntime140.dll missing file

Hello, I am using photoshop on my mac book and everything works fine, now that i want it to install on my pc it gives an error saying the dll file named VC runtime140.dll is missing, so i started to look on google for the dll file and placed it into the adobe photoshop cc 2017 map. Now my photoshop is opening but when it starts i can't to anything, i can't create a new file or open a file nothing, i just see the begin screen of photoshop with the tools on the left side.  Can you help me? thanks!
