Hi, a shape layer in my PS file appears blurred, without being a smart object with an applied filter, it is not rasterized either. I can even scale and transform the shape layer, change color and the blur remains. How this can be applied and how it can be controlled at all? From my knowledge, it has to be turned into a smart object or rasterized first this to happen.
