Very disappointed with Adobe Photoshop

Hello

I am Fotoshop.png I have the most expensive version and I am faced with deprivation and prohibition and access to many simple but important contents for editing photos and videos in particular, attached is a Scm print to show and prove what I mean.

How is it possible?

There are versions of free photo and video editors that I have used much better and with more access and with many more features to work with you and these are completely free and very intuitive and very easy to handle, I am very sorry with the subscription I made with you, at this moment I do not advise Photoshop to anyone, quite the contrary.

As you can easily see this year, I almost didn't use it, since I'm paying I want to give you one more opportunity and actually use or change and extend the features or demand the money paid back here, due to not being delivering the promised service, I feel like I’ve been cheated and they’re stealing from me. I have tried to get contact and direct email and so far without success, send us to the conversations and automatic questions and answers that obviously do not answer or help anyone.

I appreciate that Adobe contacts me [xxxxxxxxx] Portugal

Thanks

greetings

Monica Trindade

"I have the most expensive version"

There is only one version of Photoshop. There are several plans, which may include other applications and may be monthly or annual, plus there are new named releases each year. But Photoshop is the same regardless of the plan you choose. Please clarify what you mean by "most expensive".

"As you can easily see this year, I almost didn't use it"

No, we can't see that. We are volunteer users and do not work for Adobe.

"attached is a Scm print to show and prove what I mean."

It's not clear what the issue is. Please show us the Layers panel and tell us what you are trying to do so we can better assist. You have also covered up the part of the title bar that has the color mode, bit info, and file extension.

If you need to contact Adobe, then contact Adobe Customer Care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent". Adobe will not phone you when you leave your phone number in a public forum; you have to contact them. Be wary of scammers who may PM you pretending to be Adobe.

But try asking here first and explain what the issue is.

Thank you Jane for your message, I already did that and unfortunately it does not answer my question which is:
Why don't I have access to many icons to deal with photography?
I click on the top and it doesn't open.
I don't have access why, if I have the most expensive version?
Shouldn't everything be open and available for use?
As you can see in the image, it doesn't open, I don't have access, to simple things like resizing a photo, for example, going from 300x300 pixels to 150x150 pixels, among other simple features.
It's horrible, it's a disappointment, we pay so much money for nothing.
There are free versions from other publishers, much more complete, and others to pay much less and much more intuitive.
I just need to have access to all the content to be able to work, otherwise I want my money back.
Only that.
Thanks
Good night.

Hi

"lready did that"

What did you already do? I said a lot of things!

In this example, for instance, in the screen shot on the left my Edit menu looks like yours. On the right, I have selected a layer in the Layers panel, and now I can do things to it. Some commands require a selection first.

Here's what we need from you:

  • The Layers panel
  • The title bar
    jane-e_1-1605490478408.png
  • the color mode
  • the type of file
  • the number of bits
  • Go to Help > About and paste that information

  • What do "it" and "top" mean? Please clarify, as I do not understand.
"I click on the top and it doesn't open."
  • There is only one version of PS (with a release each year and various payment plans. You've repeated this, but did not answer what you meant by it.
"if I have the most expensive version"
  • I see an open image behind your menu. Please clarify.
"As you can see in the image, it doesn't open"
  • What icons do you think you should have that you are not seeing? If you mean Tools, there are many. Please clarify.
"Why don't I have access to many icons"
  • To resize an image or decrease the resolution, go to Image > Image Size

"I don't have access, to simple things like resizing a photo, for example, going from 300x300 pixels to 150x150 pixels"
  • Possibly true. Photoshop is a professional application, although hobbyists also enjoy it. There is a learning curve, and once you learn it, it is capable of far more than the simpler applications. You might try Photoshop Elements, for instance.
    "much more intuitive"

The key to your issue is right there in the middle of the right side of the screen: "Como usar o Photoshop" I do not speak Portuguese, but I bet that says "How to Use Photoshop". Click on that and you will  be on your way to learning Photoshop.

Hello KR Seals

I know how to use photoshop, that's not my problem.
The problem is that I am paying a subscription to be able to work at ease with the program and this has conditioned me, that is, as you can easily see in the photo I published I do not have access to almost anything, how can I work like this?
Do I have the most expensive subscription?
As it is possible I can't even resize a photo normally.
There are free photo editing programs with more items open and available and more complete than photoshop gives me right now.
We are paying for nothing.
Why don't you release the entire editor so you can work normally?
Anyway :(
Thanks

I'm sorry, but you did not state your problem in your original post.I cannot read Portuguese, but if you want to resize an image that is open, in the PS Menu: Image -> Image Size.  The key shortcut is Alt+Ctl+I. I do not see that key combination on your screen capture. I searched the menu items in my English PS. The key combinations I see in your screen capture indicate you are in the "Edit" menu, not the "Image" menu.
