Wacom pen pressure just stopped working (PS 21.2.2)

I use a Wacom Intuos pen tablet.  Up until a few days ago, it was working very well with Photoshop.  When version 21.2.2 came out, Photoshop stopped recognizing pen pressure.  Pressure still works correctly in all other applications.

(Strangely, Photoshop isn't showing the triangle-! warning in the brush settings for pen pressure -- it's like it knows I'm using a pressure-sensitive device, but it isn't recognizing the differences in pressure.)

Things I've tried so far (that don't work): enabling/disabling Windows Ink, adding/removing a PSUserConfig.txt file, updating drivers, restarting applications, restarting my computer, changing the nib on my pen, changing which USB port the tablet is plugged into.

What should I try next?

The 21.2.2 update broke sensitvity for me too. I got it back by removing PSUserConfig and enabling windows ink. But I now I have to put up with the awful modifier popus.

This worked for me too. But I see lags on moving the sliders in Photoshop, for ex. in the tone curve or color adjustments layers. Is there a solution for this?

I've been using the Wacom Intuos Pro with the latest driver on Windows 10 build 2004.

Are you display Photoshop grid (ctrl+') there seen to be a performance problem in Photoshop when the grid is visible?

I've checked. It does not matter if the grid is shown or not.

If I disabling the Windows ink all workes fine, with the exception that the pen pressure isn't working.

Not only that. When I remove the PSUserConfig file and enable Windows ink again, the pen seems to work at first. But when I go to my Coolorus color picker and pick a color there, the pressure sensitivity and tilt is gone. After I click with the mouse somewhere in the image, the sensitivity is back again. But only until I use the color picker - then it's gone again. This sucks.

This worked before, but it doesn't any more. I had that file in there all the time. But after the update, pressure sensitivity is gone. It's always the same when updating Photoshop. The chances that something gets screwed up are higher than the benefits.

So it's downgrading once again.

Are you kidding me? After downgrading to 21.2.1 all my preferences are gone. Awesome, Adobe!!! Thanks for another impressive upgrade and wasting my time.
