Hello everyone,
I'm thoroughly starting to get pissed off with both Wacom and Windows at this point. It seems both these companies cant compromise when it comes to software, and they end up ruining each others products.
My Issue: I've been having cursor lag with my brand new laptop for about 2 months now when using my Wacom tablet to draw in Photoshop. I have been there and back again with Bilbo at my side trying to find out wth is going on with my laptop. At first, my laptop handled Photoshop remarkably well. For about a week after I purchased it that is. Then one day, it just stopped working correctly, and I think I've narrowed down the issue a bit so bear with me.
System Specs:
Gaming laptop Inspiron 5700 with a newer i7 quad core processor, well over Photoshop's minimum requirements
Intuos Pro Medium PTH - 651 with the latest drivers installed accordingly.
I have sent my computer into dell for testing twice now. The first time I sent it in they replaced my Motherboard and Palm reset, tested it, and said it was fine. The second time I sent it in after complaining that the issue was still persisting, they claimed nothing with the system was wrong.
I've reinstalled any drive that could be reinstalled with this laptop at least three times. My Wacom drivers I've reinstalled over 20 times, and its done nothing to remedy the problem.
The issue continues to persist after I've plugged in my tablet, but seems to be mostly free of it before doing so, so I'm beginning to suspect my tablet is the main culprit.
Either that, or windows updates are conflicting with my system running properly. So here's my question, anyone dealt with anything similar and if so how did you solve it?
Lag seems to be in increments of to seconds.
I wish to god that I never will have to by a Wacom product again, as its caused me nothing but headaches since i purchased my new laptop.

Disconnect your wacom and Try to Disable your Laptop Pointing Device(TouchPad) and connect wacom again, and you will find it working normal, in the future it will enough for you wacom + Mouse , ignore your laptop pointing device / (TouchPad)

This did not work unfortunately.
After loading the device the problem persists, even after unplugging, yet the device or the driver seems to change something that i can not see because the tablet driver disappears after unplugging
