I'm using a Wacom Intuos Pro M tablet (PTH-660 model) with the latest 6.3.31-4 drivers on Windows 7; nVidia GeForce GT640 with very recent 416.34 drivers.
With Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC 2018 I could use the touch ring to set the brush size perfectly.
But now, with Photoshop CC 2019 (20.0.0) the touch ring is ridiculously sensitive even at its slowest speed setting, and the brush will go from a few pixels to 5000 with just a touch.
Same effect occurs in Bridge CC 2019 so I guess it's some Adobe code not handling the tablet properly?
I don't see any settings in Photoshop to affect this, and I've already set the tablet to the lowest sensitivity with no noticeable effect.
Any ideas on whether this can be adjusted?

The touch ring can be configured for four Photoshop feature. Are all four too touchy? I find my mouse wheel zooming and my wacom touch ring zooming feel about the same to me. But perform differently. The mouse wheel just zoom the image where the ring I have configures to shove Photoshop shortcuts Ctrl++ and Ctrl+- fto size both floating window amd image. How is you tablet's ring configured for Photoshop?

Cycle Layers generates {Alt}[ and {Alt}]
Brush size generates [ and ]
So: Zoom changes the magifier pointer between + and -. The navigator window frame moves in and out but the actual image scrolls a fraction up and down.
Rotate does rotate the workspace but is clunky and works in large, uncontrollable leaps.
Cycle Layers sends a huge number of keystrokes to PS, and many seconds after I stop touching it the properties tab and the blend mode in the layers tab are still flicking from one setting to another. The layers don't cycle.
Brush size, as I said, works but is so oversensitive it's unusable. More than a tiny touch sends a vast stream of commands and the size keeps changing for many seconds.
However, having said that it's OK with CS6, I've just gone back to that, and although things are *better* there are still things not working right. So maybe this is a local issue after all; if no-one else has an ideas I'll assume that's the case

How would we know what you write is correct. The screen capture you show is for all programs other than Photoshop and even that screen capture does not show any of the actual four function settings.

I have the same issue. Other TouchRing functions work fine, but, when I want to change the brush size in photoshop using the touch ring, the sensitivity is far too high, a slight rotation and the brush will go from size 100 - 1000 - when the ring is set to "slow" in the preferences, any higher, and the brush size jumps between maximum and minimum.. often continuing to scale well after my finger is no longer on the control ring.
