I was hoping without having to copy and paste parts of the image onto the cube, how can I get parts of the image onto the cube as so that it looks like these areas of the image are warped onto the 3D cube ?

The way I like to do this is make a template for each facet, and clip the reflections, or whatever, to the template layer. Always make the clipped layers Smart Objects, because this keeps the handle on the corners regardless of how many times you use Free Transform.  This lets you use multiple layers to create the reflection, which is useful in this case because the house might be in a different position relative to the forground rock face.

BTW  You keep popping up on this forum.  Have you got a proper name?  I can't think of you by that handle you use.
