By chance, are you trying to apply Warp to vector stock artwork? If that's the case then, right-click on the layer in the Layers panel and select Convert to Smart Object (rasterizing it also works, but you lose the link to the original art). Once it's a smart object, when you go to Edit > Transform > Warp, the Warp command will become available.

If that's not the case, could you describe how Warp isn't working?

LATEST

Hi, Choduraa23017971j869.

I’m having a similar problem with the latest version of Photoshop on Mac OS 12.2.1 with an M1 chip.

I’m just telling that “You are not alone”.

In my case, the tool IS working although its preview function does not show the changes being applied.

The mesh on the screen moves according to my adjustment, but the image does not follow the mesh, no change at all. So I have to work by guessing the result observing the mesh, which is virtually impossible.

This is like working with the “preview” button unchecked. This is so inconvenient, and I tried the same work on the Photoshop Preview version finding that the same problem occurring.

The samples I attached shows how it looks while working with the warp too.
Only the mesh moves although the change will be applied when you hit the "OK" button.
Weird….
